Storm Projects


2014 - In January of 2014 we worked on the restoration project in Highland Park, Texas. We replaced damaged copper and fiber cables, trimmed trees away from fallen and
damaged telephone lines and aided with the clean up and restoration.

2013 - In December of 2013 AT&T facilities were hit by a large ice storm in Paris, Texas. We sent six line crews and two pole setting crews to replace numerous broken
poles and remove damaged poles. Our line crews placed hundreds of feet of both copper and fiber cables. We also trimmed and removed hundreds of trees that had fallen on telephone lines.

2008/09 - AT&T Prime Contractor who worked after Hurricane IKE, that hit Galveston Island and the greater Houston, Texas area. We deployed 16 crews and worked in
Houston for two months placing telephone poles, replacing copper and fiber cables, trimmed trees, transferred poles, and wrecked out many miles of damaged cables. We
then moved our 16 crews to Galveston Island to place copper and fiber cables, trimmed trees and cleaned up for one month.

2008 - We had aerial crews working to restore Time Warner facilities that were damaged by Hurricane IKE in Beaumont, Texas. We Placed fiber and coax cables, trimmed trees, and transferred existing cables to new power poles.

In December of 2008 Valor Communication facilities which is now known as Windstream Communications was hit by a large ice storm in Texarkana, Texas. We sent five line crews and three pole setting crews to replace numerous broken poles and remove the damaged poles. Our line crews placed hundreds of feet of both copper and fiber cables. We also trimmed and removed hundreds of trees that had fallen on telephone lines.

2005 - We were the AT&T prime contractor for Hurricane Rita that hit Beaumont and Port Arthur, Texas. We placed over five hundred telephone poles, two hundred anchors and many miles of telephone cable. Our crews also trimmed thousands of trees, and assisted in the major clean up. We had twenty crews working on this project for three months.

1994 - In April of 1994, an F2 tornado hit Desoto and Lancaster, Texas. After the streets were cleared from debris, AT&T called us in to replace over 100 broken telephone poles. This project lasted over a month.

1983 - We were the prime contractor for Southwestern Bell for Hurricane Alishia that hit the Greater Houston area. We had 10 crews that placed and removed many miles of cable, and trimmed trees and performed major clean up.
